These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made on the website leonabijoux.fr, operated by Anne-Laure Bouthiers (hereinafter “Leona”).

2. Products

The jewelry offered are handcrafted creations, made entirely by hand, as unique pieces or in very limited series. Each piece may present slight variations, which make it unique.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes. VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French Tax Code.

Shipping costs are specified at the time of order.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

An order confirmation will be sent by email.

5. Payment

Payments are secured through the solutions provided on the website.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped via Mondial Relay or La Poste.

The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

Leona cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, buyers have a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Exceptions: this right does not apply to personalized orders.

8. Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product in perfect condition.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, photos, jewelry, etc.) is the exclusive property of Leona.

Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written permission.

10. Disputes

In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.

If this fails, the competent courts will be those of the company’s registered office.
